YaYa Anderson was named co-state player of the year for Group AA, Division 3 by the Virginia High School Coaches Association on March 21.

The Fluvanna boys’ basketball team stands just two wins away from the ultimate goal, winning the Group AA Div. 3 state championship.

“Our goal is to win the state championship, but there are three teams here with the same goal. We are going to have to play really well,” said Rateau.
