Flucos cruise despite Orange’s late push

Tara Garcia’s girls’ soccer team likes balancing. The Flucos have been pushed back on their heels and not falter multiple times this year.

It wasn’t much different against visiting Orange Monday night as Fluvanna won 6-2.

Flucos blank William Monroe

The Fluvanna girls’ soccer team kept the season rolling with a 4-0 victory over visiting William Monroe.

“It’s a win but we want to look to improve every game. Tonight wasn’t our finest showing but still, it is win,” said head coach Tara Garcia.

The Flucos girls’ soccer team took another lopsided game as it defeated the visiting Spotsylvania Knights 7-0.

“Seventeen goals in two games is a good thing. We are feeling good right now,” said FCHS head coach Tara Garcia.
